My Dear Friends, A Lovely And Refreshing Evening!The weather is really pleasant.The nights are cold and chilly.It's monsoon time and greenery welcomes you everywhere.I enjoy this colourful and mysterious beauty of nature!

Everywhere you look,you see problems.A conversation with family,friends or co-workers add up their problems to yours!
Stress is the problem we face due to work pressure,family, society or peer groups!Working,overworking makes one struggle to balance the life and profession!The demand is often showing its unpleasant effects in one's life!Entertainment,enjoyment and socialising take a back seat!
The youngsters find it difficult to find time to share the sweet nothings with their beloved ones.Torn apart,feeling guilty,they get depressed.
I do feel for them strongly and with love and positive energy let me write this post for the my friends who forget to live their lives.
This post is as per the wish of my close friend who is a victim to the work pressure now.Let us embrace our weaknesses more than our strengths.Be ready to discover and welcome suggestions to improve in life!Never be arrogant!

Have you noticed,some people bubble with happiness;they have passion for life.You need not be like others!But we can always learn a lesson or two.It is necessary to muster courage and confidence to push through all encumberances and problems that we face in life.Life offers us endless opportunities.
From personal experiences I know there are two kinds of people around us.;the people who radiate happiness and provide you positive energy!And others drain us of our emotional energy!I avoid the second group!

A quiet walk with your friend in the park or seashore is really refreshing.
Enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the music of the waves,
Feeling the wetness of the cold water of the sea.
Nature creates the cheerful atmosphere,
Which we forget to enjoy!
The very feeling that you have someone to trust and care make a lot of difference.
The most beautiful things are always felt not seen!
Be polite to each and everyone you come across
Interact gracefully with people around and co-workers!We can easily create a peaceful atmosphere.
Believe in yourself.It enhances the confidence.
Attach value to your actions and I must say,this demand the respect of others!
I have a friend who complains,for no reason his boss shouts!My advice to him was,
Think of the most beautiful face you've seen,think of the wonderful words you've heard in life and smile at your boss!:)
He will stop shouting!A warm smile works wonders!
A smile is the most priceless gift you can give even to your enemies.
Exercising and eating healthy food is very important!
The most important is be with God!Surrender at the Lotus Feet Of Lord!
You must have divine communication daily.
Reading gives relaxation to the mind.........
Read whatever you want,but do read something...
One word can become the turning point in your life...
someonelse's experiences help you to face the odds in a better way..
Enjoy even the tiny blooms,butterflies and bees!
See the glass as always as half full!
Let's be defined by optimism.
Spend time with the right people.Be with people who share your passion.
